i think thats really sad. nothing funny about it at all actually. i think its depressing. especially the part where he doesnt feel comfortable being around his grand children.
Yeah, too bad it was so much more important for him to get it up than to pay attention to the warnings about the risks of implants. Ranks in the same league as women who refuse to have mastectomies because "they just won't feel like women anymore".
I remember reading how mobster Paul Castelano got one of these implants because his diabetes had made him impotnent and he wanted to by physically able to have sex with his maid who he had fallen in love with. He described it to her like one of those gooseneck lamps where you position the light by twisting the neck of the lamp. That was in the early eighties, obviously a long time before Viagra hit the market.
