While it's certainly a noble goal to reunite missing children with their familes, just what fucking good does it do to display an infant's name, without a picture?

Well, what say if the infant has fallen into some sort of radioactive goo and then gets bitten by a highly intelligent spider, and then evolves instantaneously and is able to read on the spot, and see's it's name in print. Then it can call home, or MSNBC or CNN, and then everything is kosher. If there's even the slimmest chance of that happening, I wouldn't want to pass it off either.
