You know, I can't help but think that's exactly what Jesus meant he said love your enemies.

And this one says it all:

This is the idea we need to be fighting against. This is what they want, the power to dictate what you or anyone else should believe. They believe it is their right. They need to be shown otherwise.

Pat Robertson should be a fucking comedian, I swear:

Fundie Christians are an oppressed minorty? Where are the concentration camps, the gas chambers? Flip it around and you get the real story. "We just can't seem to twist arms and force the world to think like we do."

I didn't! The Hitler analogy came to me last night as I was going to bed. I've been hearing lots of christians invoking nazi-ism lately, but none of them are willing to pinpoint the hitler who is leading all of this third-reich fun. Or maybe we're all Hitler!

Yeah, they've had it soooo much harder than the Jews. Sure, the only people who wanted to kill Christians were the hardcore Muslims and the Romans as opposed to the Russian, Spanish, British, German, and Canadian governments, *and* the hardcore Muslims *and* the Romans, but the persecution is so much worse. Really.
