Flabbergasted #248

I just finished reading Hocus Pocus, finishing the last ~180 pages in one sitting while playing Dragon Quest VIII. Every once in awhile I'd flip the channel to CNN, or FOX, or even MSNBC for a little variety, just to see if they weren't talking about Va Tech. In the three hours I was doing all this, not ONCE did I see any bit of coverage concerning anything other than the shooting. And it fills me with rage. I simply can't express how retarded I consider the news networks. If there's an afterlife that asshole is looking down on all this from, he's probably coming all over himself in glee from all the attention he's getting. And then there's all the potential jackasses looking at this media circus and thinking, "Hmmm, you know I bet it would be totally fucking AWESOME to go out this way. I mean Jesus!"

So fuck you CNN. Fuck you FOX. Fuck you MSNBC. I'm not gonna do anything but flip you on for a second, to see if you're NOT talking about this. Probably from now on. I mean holy shit. Just holy shit.

And oh yeah, by "this" I mean any copycat crap too. Cuz all you're accomplishing by lavishing this much on that poor scumbag is giving other creepy scumbags just like him more and more reason to go out and take even more of us with them.

Non-Americans: 'sup? Seriously, I have no fucking clue. All I know is some douche shot up Va Tech a couple days ago. Anything else going on I ought to know about?
