I saw an ad dissing Jim Davis, the democratic candidate for the Governor of Florida. It had a family wandering around DC wondering where their congress critter was, and went on about how he had just about the worst attendance ever. And I thought, how is that bad? Seriously, a politician who's a total slacker when it comes to making laws? That's my man!

What's funny about this Rush Limbaugh dissing Michael J. Fox thing, beyond Limbaugh being a retarded asshat that is, is that Fox really *has* gone off his meds in the past in order to make his disease more apparent. IIRC, he was testifying for a congressional committee or such, about Parkinsons. But this was years ago, way before the stem cell controversy was heard of. And which I don't find anything wrong with in the slightest. If you're trying to get a disease cured you don't want to paint the picture of perfect health and have people think well he seems ok so it mustn't be that bad lets fund research to cure something else. The implication that Fox being an actor, and that he uses that talent to push an agenda Rush doesn't like so he must be a lying evil liberal and so must be heaped with scorn...now that's just pot/kettle/black projection.

Eh, that's all I guess.
